Isla Del Sol Toro by Drew Estate Review (Cigars)

My first infused cigar ever......

Bought this not knowing to was a infused cigar. Wasn't good and wasn't awful. I ended up hating the sweetened tip though. Burnt pretty straight. Bummed this was my first cigar after not having cigars for a long while. Won't buy again. Pretty decent aftertaste.

Notes: Harsh earthy tobacco, Sweetness from the tip, classic tobacco, sweet coffee syrup

Jose L. Piedra Cremas Review (Cigars)

Another cheap Cuban

This cigar was ugly. It had an caramel colored wrapper that barely stayed together at times. The price is right though. I dry boxed it for two days (forgot about it). It started off mild/med and turned to a strong tobacco flavor with an med/full ending.

Notes: Mild Tobacco, Bitterness, Harshness, Hidden Vanilla, Slight Creaminess, Black Pepper, Savory Tobacco

Target's Archer Farms Fair Trade Organic Guatemalan Whole Bean Review (Coffee)

I liked this coffee

I have really enjoyed all the whole bean coffee's I've got from Target so far. As I said before though not the biggest fan of Target. This coffee is really not my favorite though. It's kinda more bold and a tad spicy more than I like coffee to be. If it was on sale I would get it again.

Notes: Floral at times, Chocolatey at times, Acidy at times, bold

La Tradicion Cubana's Jose M Losa 1902 Torpedo Review (Cigars)

Damn this was a great cigar. I smoked it after a couple cups of coffee and had nothing while smoking it.

Construction was top notch. Wrapper was beautiful. It's an very strong cigar. It's blend is amazing though. I hate when really strong cigars don't have good blends. This has been my favorite cigar of the year so far. It's pretty syrupy with a thickness on the throat. I would drink something next time I have one. I recommend this cigar if you like Dominican cigars or strong cigars in general. I was impressed.

Notes: Spice, Caramel, Bold Coffee, Bitterness, Black Pepper, Red Pepper,  Syrupy Chocolate, Molasses, Chocolate Fudge Pop

Coronado By La Flor Toro Review (Cigars)

I loved this cigar

With that being said, I hadn't had one in many years. So I thought this weekend I would give one a shot again. Construction was great. Draw was great, The wrapper reminded me of an old leather bag.

Notes: Wood, Spice, Leather, Slight bitterness, Red Chilli Pepper, Cream

Target's Archer Farms El Salvador Buena Vista Whole Bean Review (Coffee)

DAY1: Auto dripped: Not overly strong. Sweet notes, Chocolatey, Smooth, No acidyness, lite Almond

DAY2: Auto dripped:  Full on citus party, A tad acidy (not bad).

DAY3: French pressed:  Sweet notes, Chocolatey, Smooth,

Feels so good have a good coffee after that horrible dog shit GEVALIA coffee. The colour of this coffee when brewed is beautiful . I wish I could swim in a pool full of this stuff (sometimes). Honestly not a big fan of Target but, Every coffee I have gotten there has been great so far (Organic/\Direct Trade).

Strangely enough holds it flavor pretty well while cold (Took and sip and forgot how much time went by).

Daily Smoke: Intemperance BA XXI Ambition (Cigars)

I dry boxed this cigar 24 hours. Draw was stelller. I feel bad about reviewing the sampler without trying this cigar first (I thought I had). This cigar was pretty damn great. Notes: Citrus, Yeasty Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Black Liquorice. The flavors at the end really married together nicely.

I wanna buy a five pack now haha..

GEVALIA KAFFE Traditional Roast Whole Bean Review (Coffee)

We have all seen the commercials I'm sure at this point. My mind got the best of me on this one.

I was at a Walmart at 3am trying to decide if this or Sam's Choice breakfast blend. I went with this sadly. I have so far french pressed this and auto dripped it and both ways were dissapointing to say the least. I will say this coffee is smooth but, I think if I brewed dog shit it may be smooth also. It has a classic coffee flavor but not much else to it. Your better off with dunkin or starbucks. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of either of those brands. I will try it again to see if I can get something decent out of this coffee.

Note: after writing this review I had some domain issues so I allowed it to be saved as a draft. I went back to the bag of coffee to see give it another chance. What I found was shocking. A damn stone inside the bag at first I thought it was an undercooked bean. Which of course I wanted to take a look at it and smell it only to find out its an stone.

Here's the picture (I wonder what would have happened to my poor grinder)

Eight O'Clock French Roast Whole Bean Review (Coffee)

I was looking for something that was low priced and decent. This is kinda that coffee.

To me this is what I like to call a "Good wake coffee" meaning when your at a wake and not really thinking about the coffee but its decent enough to drink. I coudln't drink it everyday but, when I'm broke and I want some caffine this mostly does the trick.
